More Information on Ron Greschner Autographed New York Rangers Puck Ron Greschner was selected 32nd overall by the Rangers in 1974 after accumulating 182 points in three years of junior hockey with the WCJHLs New Westminster Bruins. In 1974, he was named to the leagues first all-star team based on his 103-point season. The young blueliner scored 45 points as an NHL rookie in 1974-75 and never looked back. By the end of the 1976-77 season Greschner was a key figure in the Blueshirts transition game and power play. He was one of the most popular rearguards to ever play in Manhattan and reached the 20-goal mark four times. In 1978-79 he was an alternate on the NHL All-Star team when they faced their counterparts from the USSR. A few weeks later he scored 12 points in 18 games as the Rangers reached the finals for the first time since 1972. In 1979-80 Greschner scored 21 goals and participated in the NHL All-Star Game. Greschner ultimately spent his entire career with the Rangers and to this day is the second highest-scoring defenseman in team history. We were clipping along, all having a good time, and we came upon this puddle. There was A LOT of water in it. I questioned the right path, and was again instructed to stay left. So I listened to them, as they were already on the other side. I started off fine, but the mule is a lot wider than their quads, it hit a rut and sucked us into the puddle-abyss. Of course the passenger side is what went in first...where my 2 boys are buckled in! Zack's arm dunked into the water, and they were at this point SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER. I fully understand, it was rather scary! Tom, Danny and Tory were across the puddle, watching this take place, and everyone else was behind me. I hurled myself out of the mule, and got to the other side (I still have no idea which way I went, as I can't actually remember that part) I was standing in the puddle, waist deep in dark murky muddy water, while my kids were both crying hysterically. I was holding the mule up with my left hand, andmy kids with my right. The wheels were off of the ground on the drivers side, and the whole right side of the mule was submerged. I managed to get the boys unbuckled, and handed them off to the people behind me (they all ran up behind me at some point, but I can't remember that, either). Zack was now riding with Shar, and Jesse was petrified, and crying, and riding with me.

Of course it helps that one of the kids in the video has a Melbourne High School t-shirt on, but there's no way to know for sure . . . unless YOU know who these kids are. Ugh...today was literally exhausting. First of all, the carpet guys were supposed to be done last night. So, by 1pm this afternoon, everything should have been back in order and ready for action except for my part of reassembling the pcs. How about...no.

The bank was a literal disaster when I got there. Suzanne and I were so shocked and she was so upset. I asked the guy for details and all he could tell me was that I would be able to start putting pcs back together in five minutes. So...Suzanne left.

I started working, getting everything together, which was difficult because stuff was everywhere, including the obstacle course that I had to walk from where I was told to store the pcs to the respective offices.

I was there for a little over 4 hours and when I left, the carpet guys were STILL there working. Suzanne said she wasnapos;t even going to come back in tonight, that she was just going in early in the morning.

Therefore, no one was there to help me test to make sure that the network was all right. Later on, they called to say someone had stopped in and checked and they couldnapos;t log on. My theory is that they are doing server maintenance or something since the bank is closed.

I feel bad that I wonapos;t really know for sure if thatapos;s the problem though, but I am slightly consoled by the fact that I went the extra miles and made sure all the phone lines were working and did some tests to specific numbers to make sure everything there was all right, and it was.

Also, I may have a potential web site customer from the phone guy who was there yesterday, and maybe even some more potential gigs working at Regions banks. He said that he is going to throw my name out to his people and see what happens. I thought that was really nice of him.

All in all...I am exhausted and sore. I enjoyed the work and I feel really accomplished. Now, I am just ready to do something relaxing like lay down and read. Hahaha

Not only did Coolidge set a personal record, he broke EC’s team mark of 15:52 set at the 1982 state meet. He also broke the unofficial Lorain County record of 15:38 set by Firelands’ Mike Beetler at the 1984 Avon Lake Earlybird meet.

My early morning workoutssome people have asked me why so early. Well, I love them for various reasons. But for those who dont know, its something Ive been almost to do over the past 2 years its almost habit. I average out 5 hours of sleep a day. Not good, I know but I dont like sleeping in at all. I won't say I don't do afternoon workouts because I do do afternoon workouts as well when crunched for time and believe me it has happened. I work morning shifts that start at 7 am and I hate packed gyms because hardly any equipment is available and you have to wait your turn or have the balls to jump in with someone (I dont like that because Im sure it irritates the hell out of some people). PM workouts for me just dont work for me so I dont go to a gym in the afternoons if at all avoidable. Also, I dont like pm workouts because it just doesnt bode well with my schedule and other things important like family time, work and errands just that have to be done exclusively during the day. If I get my exercise out of the way bright and early I can take care of the next 23 hours of my time doing other things. Time is just too precious.

A nursing supervisor once told me "the essential Ps" to live by: PRIOR PLANNING PREVENTS PISS POOR PEFORMANCE. I cracked up hearing that from him but hey, hes right. Words to live by really.

My own personal tips I use:
1) Get the mindset to get up early the night before. It works. Establishing the mindset and you will be motivated to get up early. Maybe its individual but it has always worked for me.
2) Visualize the workout program in your head; print it out or write it down and take it with you that way you dont have to spend the whole morning getting ready and at the same time thinking what youre going to do that morning. That takes a lot of time whereas you can simply get up and head out.
3) If you like to workout at a gym: get your gym bag ready for the day prior. It takes so much of your time just getting ready in the morning so I do that ahead of time. Another thing I like to do is stack some extra shirts and some bottled mineral water in the trunk.
4) On off programs from TT and Rosstraining, I had a workout buddy of mine who I used to carpool with and go to the gym with. Whoever woke up first would call the other guy regardless. It worked well and was pretty fun!
5) Have to set 2 alarms (yes, 2 alarms thats how hard I am on myself). But heres the kicker: Put it on snooze and put each alarm at least 2 body lengths away from you. That way you force yourself up and just like that: your butts out of bed and just head out the door.
6) Want to wake up early and practice it. Doing so it will become 2nd nature.

As Ive got time and everyone raved about this place I decided to do a mini detour to Veliko Tarnovo in North Central Bulgaria so I joined Sarah from Sofia and we headed up on the afternoon train on Friday thinking 2 days would be enough. Im currently up to my 4th night and have to tear myself away as this is a great little place which seems to trap you into the just one more day syndrome.
